Located in Innsbruck Nature Center in Fridley
The Innsbruck Nature Center is a gem of a park that few people seem to know about. Many of those that do think it is Way Evil, but I think it is a great place to spend an hour or two! There are several trails that lead to different sections of the Nature Center which are separated by hillsides, wetlands and thick underbrush. A lot of volunteer hours have gone into removing buckthorn adjacent to the trails and purple loosestrife from the wetland areas in order to return the center to a more natural environment. Every time I walk the paths I see several deer and numerous other wildlife, birds, and waterfowl but very few people. I urge you to stop by and enjoy the solitude. You are looking for a camo'ed PB jar with an Indianhead penny for the FTF.
