This cache is hidden not far from home and is on one of the
walks we take our dogs on. The ground is carpeted with bluebells
about to flower at the moment and should be stunning in a few weeks
time.
Near to the cache is the remains of an old water wheel. Over the
river from the cache site is a small island formed when the Meese
was diverted to the cache area to provide water to power the water
wheel.
Be careful when approaching the cache as the banks of the Meese
are quite steep and can be slippy at times. We have reflected this
in the terrain rating.
Suggested parking is approximately N52 47.279 W2 29.674 - please
be considerate when parking and not block access.
