This is a puzzle and 2-stage multi cache.
Solve the puzzle to get the coordinates for stage one. There is
no description for the stage one hide. Look closely. The final is a
camouflaged peanut butter jar. Both stages are located very close
to a paved walking path.
Your challenge will be to first find the coordinates for stage
one. You will need to determine the secret code and key to decode
the following encrypted coordinates.

I was inspired to do this cache after solving several of
Good-Boy's puzzle caches. With a little research and thought you
should be able to decode the puzzle.
