[fi] muinaisen kirkon sakasti, Savon vanhin kivirakennus. Helppo mikrokätkö. [en] sacristy of an ancient church, the oldest remaining stone building in Savo region. Easy microcache.

[fi] Kivisakasti on rakennettu 1400-1500-lukujen taitteessa.

[en] The building known as Kivisakasti (stone sacristy) is built at the end of 1400's or beginning of 1500's as the extension of a wooden church (built in the 1320's dismantled 1769). It is the oldest remaining building in Savo region.

The building was restored in 1900, when it received its tall brick gables, its shingle roof and a small steeple similar to those of stone churches from the Middle Ages.

It is used as church museum and is open for public in summertime. (optional entry fee)
