If you don't bring a dog with, you may be the only one in the park without one!
I waited for 20 minutes for the Parade of Dogs to go by...then hid the cache...it's just behind a nice bench, which dog walkers love to use to take a break...stealth is okay, but patience is everything.
This travel-humidor cache can be found without climbing the obvious geobeacon, though you may want to for fun...
