When you complete the cache, you should know who Roger Ludlow was, when he lived, and the original boundry description of "Norwalk"
This cache is VERY public. You'll need your best stealth techniques. Perhaps it is best searched "off-hours", such as early morning. Not "snow friendly".
But if you walk all the way around the grass, and look carefully, you'll spot the hide from 15 feet out. Oh - and you can leave the flagpole skirt alone today.
