Col de la Croix du Ban

La cache se trouve après une courte promenade à partir du Col de la Croix du Ban près de Pollionay, cette cache est située à une altitude de 650m dans un secteur boisé.

Located a short walk from the Col de la Croix du Ban near Pollionay, this cache is situated at an elevation of 650m in a wooded area.

Si vous partez du Col de la Croix du Ban, il y de la place pour garer votre voiture ; prenez alors le Chemin des Limites après les bâtiments et entrez dans le bois. La manière la plus intéressante est de marcher 15 minutes environ le long de ce chemin à N45 46.973 E4 38.810, à gauche à N45 47.000 E4 38.600 et de remonter vers la gauche. La cache est dans un endroit évident à trouver sans trop d'effort. Recherchez une boîte ammo. Cette cache est près du GR "Tour des Monts du Lyonnais" et pourrait donc être trouvée après une marche plus longue le long de la crête de ces collines spectaculaires.

If you start from the Col de la Croix du Ban, there is space to park your car; then take Chemin des Limites past the buildings and into the woods. The most interesting way is to go 15 minutes or so along this path to N45 46.973 E4 38.810, turn left to N45 47.000 E4 38.600 and curl back up and towards the left. The cache is found in an obvious place without too much effort. Look for an ammo box. This cache is near the GR de Pays Tour des Monts du Lyonnais and could therefore be located while out on a longer walk along the crest of these scenic hills.
