Bei Tag oder Nacht
Tages- oder Nachtcache in und um die Heidelberger Altstadt
Day or Night-Cache in and around the city center of Heidelberg.
 
Allgemeine Infos

Keine Sorge, das ist kein Grusel-Cache, eher so eine Alternative zur Kneipentour, bei der man ein paar sehr schöne Aussichten auf das nächtliche Heidelberg haben kann.
Der Cache muss nicht unbedingt bei Nacht gemacht werden, aber die Aussicht ist dann noch schöner und die Muggelgefahr (vor allem beim Final) deutlich geringer!
Es lohnt sich also bei einigen Stationen, sich umzuschauen. Der Cache ist nicht schwierig, aber aufgrund der recht langen Dauer etwas anstrengend.

WARNUNG: Bei Glatteis und Schnee nur bedingt empfehlenswert, da einige größere Steigungen vorkommen!
Außerdem kann es bei Schlossbeleuchtung oder Schlossfestspielen zu Problemen kommen, da einige Stationen dann vorübergehend nicht zugänglich sind.

Empfohlen: Taschenlampe, feste Schuhe, viel Zeit (ca. 2 bis 2,5 Stunden), gute Kondition !!!
Mit öffentlich Verkehrsmitteln kommt ihr bis zum Startpunkt (Bismarckplatz) bei N 49° 24.567 / E 08° 41.589.

Stage 2 Bei N49° 24.64(A) E08° 41.88(A) steht ein Denkmal. Wann wurde es gegossen? B ist die letzte Ziffer der Jahreszahl.
 
Stage 3Schaut euch den Brunnen bei N49° 24.(B-2)75 E08° 42.3(B-2)1 an.
Was hält das Tier auf der Säule in der rechten Pfote?

Stage 5Gehe zu N49° 24.662 E08° 42.7(D+1)0 . Links neben dem Gitter ist ein Buchstabe in die Wand gemeißelt. (keine Sorge, der war schon vorher da, wir waren’s nicht!) Seine Stelle im Alphabet ist der Wert von E.
 
Stage 6Weiter geht’s zu N49° 24.(E-1)96 E08° 42.(E+2)23 . Die Hausnummer hier ist FF
 
Stage 7Bei N49° 24.6(F)2 E08° 43.(F)45 seht ihr einen Torbogen in dessen Umrandung sich ein paar Tiere nieder gelassen haben.
G = Anzahl der Tiere + 2

Übrigens: Es lohnt sich, bei N49° 24.(G)68 E08° 43.0(G)2 vorbeizuschauen! Hat nichts mit dem Cache an sich zu tun, ist aber trotzdem schön.

English VersionDon’t worry, this is not a scary tour. Think of it as an alternative to bar-hopping with some awesome views over Heidelberg at night.
It's not essential to do this cache at night, but the view is even more interesting and the risk of muggels (especially at the final) is much lower!
So seize the chance and take a step aside the tour at some points!
The cache is not difficult, but as a result of its duration a little exhausting.

WARNING: It is not recommended to search the cache during snowfall or black ice etc., since there are some parts of the tour that are rather steep.
It is also complicated during castle illuminations and castle festival, because then some stations are temporarily not accessible.

What you need: pocket lamp, good shoes, lots of time (2 to 2.5 hours), good endurance!!!
With public transportation you can get to the start (Bismarckplatz): N49° 24.567 E08° 41.589

Stage 5Now go to N 49° 24.662 / E 08° 42.7(D+1)0 . Left hand of the grid there is a letter chiseled into the wall (Don’t worry, it wasn’t us!). Its position in the alphabet is the value of E.
