The railway system was built in the late 1920s to support the surrounding homestead. It goes through the 'Bugac puszta' which belongs to Hungary's one of the biggest national park. The specific junipers, sand dunes, homesteads are the lions of this part of the country.
The cache is almost equal way from both end station, so choose the starting point which you like. You can come by train, but then you have to get off on station called 'Hittanya'. (and have to wait the next one) But I rather recommend to come by bike or car. But in both cases note that this is the edge of a national park!
