You'll be in a Deep Purple funk if you can't find this cache.

When I was younger, I went canoeing a lot, and some of the people on our trips smoked. Kids...don't start, adults, stop! Preaching aside, the people who smoked used to have a devil of a time getting the pack down stream without soaking them. This little container was a great way to bring your smokes on the water....
