Français: Sur les hauteurs de Bischoffsheim et plus précisément au Bischenberg, vous aurez l’opportunité d'activer vos neurones (très peu..) et vos muscles (un peu plus).
English: From atop the Bischenberg in Bischoffsheim, you will be given the opportunity to challenge your neurones (very little..) and your muscles (slightly more).
Français: A cet effet un parcours de santé de 20 étapes (à l'origine) et d’une longueur de 2000m a été créé pour les geocacheurs (et les autres..), au coeur d’un très beau bois.
Notez aux étapes 1, 4, 9, 12, 16 et 20 la somme des nombres inscrits sur le panneau décrivant les exercices de l'étape.
Ex : sur le panneau de gauche la somme est de 20 (5+5+10) et sur celui de droite elle est de 19 (2+2+5+10).
Une fois le parcours terminé, vérifiez que vous avez noté les 6 nombres correspondant aux étapes 1, 4, 9, 12, 16 et 20 puis, allez à N48°28.985’ E7°28.393’ où vous trouverez une date (AB/CD/EFGH).
S = la somme des 6 nombres précédemment calculés

English: An exercise circuit consisting of (originally) 20 steps for a length of 2000 meters was created for the geocachers (and others..) in the heart of a peaceful forest.
At steps 1, 4, 9, 12, 16 and 20 note the sum of all the numbers printed on the instruction board.
Ex: (see photos above) On the left board, the sum is 20 (5+5+10) and on the right board it is 19 (2+2+5+10).
When done, ensure that you do have the 6 numbers corresponding to steps 1, 4, 9, 12, 16 and 20, then go to N48°28.985' E7°28.393' where you will find a date (AB/CD/EFGH).
