Cache is located in a town park off of a paved path. It is handicapped accessible except for the last 50 feet which is up a paved slight incline. It is not accessible from the Palisades Parkway.

This park was named to honor a New York State state senator who was loved by all of his constituents. After you find this cache, why not work out on the new fitness trail, watch a ball game, honor a war veteran at the war memorial, play handball or enjoy the swings.
