The coordinates listed above are not where the cache is located.

Here's what you must do to find the cache-- You must call 956-686-7976.

This will connect you to a public telephone in a very busy spot. When someone answers the phone, you must use your powers of persuasion to get them to read the numbers written on the plastic information sheet on the front of the phone to you. I have excluded the N26 and W98 portion of the location.

Your life line is looking for a series of numbers starting with STARS.

Various times during the day it is very busy here. When you get the numbers, you will be on your way to the final location! Have fun! Yes, it works.

I've already tried it a few times and someone always picks up the phone. It is up to YOU to convince them that you don't have the wrong number!
