Cache is located on the outskirts of the Otter Lake Dog Park of Ramsey County parks. Park at the lot off of Otter Lake Road. You do not need to enter the dog park to find the cache.
UPDATE: This cache is named for my dog Tally. She passed away this weekend of cancer. R.I.P. Tally September 15, 1998 - December 2nd, 2006.
The nearby dog park was one of Tally's favorite places to go. Please bring your dog for a fun and legal romp off-leash within the fences! There are two offleash areas: a smaller one for small dogs and a larger one for large dogs. The park is open 1/2 hour before sunrise to 1/2 hour after sunset. The busiest times would be in the afternoons after 4 PM and on weekends.
The cache is a camo-taped lock-n-lock box. Many of the items are dog-related. The dog park is one of four located in Ramsey County.
