Geocache Description:

Through the Kazu valley flows Septinavotu (seven springs) stream, which makes impressive cascade of several waterfalls. The largest of them is about 7.5m high. In high water the falls become really grand and create quite unusual landscape for Latvia. During thousands of years to the earth surface the waters have carried out and made quite large calcareous layer, which at the side of the Libanu-Jaunzemju valley creates up to 4.5m high and 50m long cliff of calcareous tuff.

To get to the cache you don't have to cross any private property sign if you approach from SW side. Park the car near highway, and countinue on foot following an unpaved road along the field that starts some 300m SW from the railway crossing. As well you can leave car at the highway and walk by the railway.
The cache itself is a plastic box hidden in the hazel bush about 20m E from the main stream. Due to the hills and trees the GPS receiving in the area is bad. Please be careful searching for the cache and don't destroy the sandy slope and the area. The place is a nature monument and protected by law.
