Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Marietta, OH around the confluence of the mighty Ohio and Muskingum Rivers. There are cobbled streets and parking available. This is an easy drive, nice peddle or a long walk. Look for our Signature *****FTF**** Certificate!

No matter how you arrive at this cache there is plenty to enjoy and see on this hunt. Marietta was the first settlement in the Northwest Territory, with some French influence. There are lots of places to explore. You can glean a history lesson from the first settlers or even more recently discover the water level markers from Hurricane Ivan. Please note, donot attempt to leave trade items.
