fishiam: I spent a year looking at the cache location before finally placing a cache. Two weeks later the city completely relandscapes the grounds and eliminates not only my cache but any possibility of replacing it. For those who are curious, here is the solution to the cache puzzle, the cache location and the reason for the name.
To solve the puzzle, replace each letter by its numeric equivalent. Then subtract the bottom numbers from the top numbers element by element. The longitude comes first to provide a bit of trickiness. The cache coordinates were
N 47 40.312
W 122 16.523
The location is a large roundabout in NE Seattle. The original title in fact was to be "Roundabout" but I figured that would be too obvious to local cachers and they would be able to skip the puzzle. It is a very tricky place to visit without attracting attention as it is surrounded by large houses and six roads converge at the roundabout. However, it is a public green space and is listed on the Seattle Parks web page as University Circle. Check it out on Google Earth.
My thanks to all those who visited.

ps - Counting the caches I have done with my family I have a total of 30 caches and this is the first one I have had to archive. Boo Hoo.
