DEUTSCH:
Schon bald nach dem Jahr 1000 n.Chr. dürfte sich auf dem
heutigen Areal der Pfarrkirche und des Pfasshofes eine Wehranlage
befunden haben. Aus einer ursprünglich romanischen
(Burg-?)-Kapelle, sie bildet das heutige barockisierte
Kirchenschiff, hat sich durch Zubauten in der Gotik (Presbyterium)
und durch Umbauten in der Barockzeit (Kirchenschiff) die heutige
Kirche entwickelt.
Stage 1: Die Wehrkirche
N1 = 48° 15.027´
E1 = 15° 25.327´
Die Koordinaten führen dich lediglich vor die Kirche. Von hier aus
mußt du folgende zwei Informationen suchen:
1.) An der Außenseite des Presbyteriums findest du einen (eher
unauffäliigen) eingemauerten Stein. Dies ist der Grabstein des um
1417 in Gerolding amtierenden Pfarrers "Hanns". Zu welcher
Tageszeit wird die Inschrift dieses Grabsteins von der Sonne
beleuchtet?
- nur morgens --> A = 47
- von morgens bis mittags --> A = 67
- nur mittags --> A = 87
- von mittags bis abends --> A = 107
- nur abends --> A = 128
2.) An der Südseite der Kirche befindet sich ein Kultstein, der
mit hoher Sicherheit aus der vorchristlichen (keltischen?)
Besiedelung stammt. Er wurde im Jahre 1973 anläßlich der
Kirchenaußenrenovierung ausgegraben und ist mit eingemeißelten
Zeichen versehen. Wahrscheinlich stellt das Motiv einen Lebensbaum
dar.
Wie dick ist der Stamm dieses Lebensbaumes (in cm)? Die Dicke
liefert dir den Wert für B.
Stage 2: Der Cache
NC = N1 + A
EC = E1 - B
Der Cache besteht aus einer Plastikdose (4 x 4 x 2) mit folgendem
Originalinhalt
- Logbuch, Infozettel (bitte nicht entfernen)
- Magnetauto
- Schloss
- Fingerhut
- Zwirn
- Knopf
Obwohl er im Winter mit Schnee bedeckt sein wird, ist das
Versteck mit Sicherheit erkenbar und der Cache leicht zu heben.

Soon after the jear 1000 a.d. on the areal of the church and
it´s surrounding there supposely was located a fortified
construction. From the primary romanesque (castle-?)-chapel the
today´s nave has developed by building up in Gothic style
(Presbyterian) and modifyings in the Baroque.
Stage 1: The Fortified Church
N1 = 48° 15.027´
E1 = 15° 25.327´
The coordinates just lead you to the area of the church. From here
you start your search for the following 2 informations:
1.) At the outside of the Presbyterian you will find a rather
inconspicuous walled in stone. This is the gravestone of the pastor
"Hanns" who officiated in Geroldstein in 1417. At which daytime the
inscription of this graveston is illuminated by the sun?
- only in the morning --> A = 47
- from morning to midday --> A = 67
- only at midday --> A = 87
- from midday to evening --> A = 107
- only in the evening --> A = 128
2.) On the south side of the church you will find a ritual
stone, which - with very high probability -dates back to the
pre-Christian (celtic?) settling. It was digged out during the
church renovation and is inscribed with old signs. Probably it is a
motive of a live-tree.
How wide (in centimeters) is the trunc of this engraved tree? This
gives you the value for B..
Stage 2: The Cache
NC = N1 + A
EC = E1 - B
The Cache consists of a plastic box (4 x 4 x 2) with the following
original content:
- Logbook, Info Sheet (please don´t remove)
- magnet-car
- padlock
- thimble
- sewing cotto
- knob
Although in winter the hiding place will be coverd by snow, it
can be identified absolute surely and the cache can be taken very
easy..
