Geocache Description:

In a well known reservation. Follow the trails and you will find. Cache is extremly well hidden!

This journey is part of a cache series commemorating the travels of Leatherman in the late 1800s. Leatherman once roamed SW Connecticut and SE New York from 1858 to 1889. He traveled a 365-mile loop between the Connecticut and Hudson rivers. Approximately every month he would repeat his journey. The man spoke primarily with grunts or gestures and dressed in crudely stitched leather from his hat to his shoes. The suit was made of heavy pieces of raw leather weighing more than sixty pounds. He would sleep outside year-round mostly in caves around Connecticut and New York. More information on Leatherman can be found at http://www.bearsystems.com/OldLeatherMan/OldLeatherMan.htm . Follow the trails and you will find the cache. The cache is extremely well hidden! There used to be a cache here - that I never got a chance to find before it got muggled and disabled. Ever since I wanted to place one up here again and today I finally did. This cache is now fully muggle proof (I hope) and extremely well hidden - so using the hint will be no shame.... Small special container - log only - but it could hold a small TB or coins.
