Wap: The case is a plastik box of 120x160x60 mm. and placed close to the Western bridgehead in an acacia grove among the roots of the tree at side of the ditch.
I should like to draw your attention to a particular construction by this case. The completed structure also will be worth visiting, it will be huge construction.
In the 14 km-long road section of the M 7 motorway between Zamárdi and Balatonszárszó, in Koröshegy is constructedone of the longest viaducts in Central-Europe. It will be an engineering construction of overriding importance from many aspects ( record sizes, deadline of the constructing work, constructing-assembling technology, etc. ) The height of the piers is varying between 18 and 80 m: expanded reinforced superstructure is built on the piers. It is constructed applying free-concreting technology and starting at two piers simultaneosuly .The bridge has seventeen openings, its length is 1872 m, width is 23.8 m.
The construction is very spectacular, especially for the technologists. It breaks the uniformity of the landscape.
The case is not far from the proposed parking area in an acacia grove, in the root hole of a tree at side of the ditch. From here the construction can be seen well and so is the project when it will be completed.
Approach: from direction of Lake Balaton turn right after the Reformed church in Koröshegy to árpád Street. The last 100 m.-long section is sandy minor road.
