6gowild: Decided to archive this one as it is now in a high muggle area with some pretty unpleasant rubbish surrounding it. Hope everyone enjoyed finding it in the past.

A little piece of green close to the town centre. Free parking is available close by for a cache and dash, or stay longer for a swim or other exercise. This cache is approachable on tarmac up to the last few feet.
The cache site is close to Fareham Leisure Centre which has a free car park for customers. Check opening times before travelling if you plan to park here and use the facilities. Otherwise there is street parking in the nearby residential area. The site chosen is out of view of most people coming here for leisure purposes.
The cache is a small plastic food box in a green sleeve (replaced 12/11/05).
Wheelchairs/puchchairs can get ever so close, but you'll need to scrabble around for the cache.
