This webcam is located on a public seawall over looking the beach.
The entrance to the seawall is at N40 19.530 W73 58.526. There is a parking lot there but it is for tagged vehicles only. However, if you have someone who can sit in the car and wait for you, it should be a safe enough spot.
Your task is two fold in order to log this cache. The first is obvious, get a picture of yourself via the webcam holding your GPSr out to the side. (This means you need someone on a computer to take a picture for you. The camera does not store these pictures). The second is a picture of your GPSr along with beach and if its there, the boat. It sounds like a lot but it's possible. I've included example pictures so you know what I am expecting.
Logs without the required photo may be deleted at my discretion.

Also note that at times the camera seems panned up a little so you might have to move onto the sand for a good picture.
