During the 15 years resolution has got slightly better, but the intervals are still long and random. Patience is still fashionable.

Here is a direct link to the camera. It seems that the camera is nowadays shooting to both directions at the same time? Not everything gets worse as time passes, it seems.
NOTE: The camera seems to be turning with unknown schedule and logic
Go to the coordinates, and you will see a camera attached to a light pole at south. If the camera is not looking at the coordinates (sample photo 1), then go by the red mailbox on the left side of the road (sample photo 2). The camera takes a picture every 15 minutes, so if you don't have a PDA with Internet access, a remote assistant, or the camera's schedule for the day with you, stand there for at least 16 minutes to have the photo taken. The photos are saved on the web page for 6-7 hours. Get as close to camera as possible and hold the GPSr in your hand and preferably look at the camera. Attach the photo in your log message. The submitted photos must be the original photos downloaded from the webcam, without any modification.
