SIGINT has detected an encrypted message to an enemy, covert Special Forces team operating in Northern Virginia. US Intelligence believes this team plans to disrupt rail transportation in Burke Lake Park which could seriously affect the moral of the local population. Your mission is to decipher the code to find out where the Special Forces team is planning to conduct its strike and foil their mission.
