This cache was part of Fun & Exciting Caching Activity and gained first place.
At the published co-ordinates, you should find a rock behind a tree. Remove the rock, clear away some of the leaves, and you will find a large 7 litre sistema container. Inside is a sheet containing instructions on what to do next.
Note: The device has become temperamental. If you turn it on and the digits don't appear within a few seconds, switch it off and try again. If the digits disappear after a few seconds of pressing the start button, also switch off and try again.
You need to obtain the battery. It is at the base of a pittosporum tree about 5 metres to the North. Please replace it when done. If it is flat, let me know. There is also a battery holder that you can use with four AA batteries of your own.
Please don't attempt this one in the rain. Also, ensure that the container is completely sealed when you leave it!
The published co-ordinates and the final co-ordinates varied considerably over two days, so when looking for the final cache, use the hints (printed on the instruction sheet). The initial container should be easy to find given the description above.
The cache is a 2 litre sistema box.
