The head of Millinocket Stream off the road to Stacyville, with one of the most beautiful views of Mt. Katahdin in the area.
The view from the bridge is what geocaching is all about!
This camo'ed cache is located near a foot bridge that forms the start of the Millinocket Stream. Be sure to take a few moments to walk across the bridge and stop in the middle and take in the majestic view of Mt. Katahdin.
The road to Stacyville, as well as the other road you need to take to get to this cache, is a dirt road but they are in good shape so you should be able to get closer than 1/4 of a mile to the cache before having to get out and do some walking and hunting around.
You will find all type of goodies in this cache. Please take a moment to sign the log book, let us know what trinket you took and what you left, and include your hometown if you don't mind in your 'notes'.
