Since I have been Kayaking at Beekman Beach, I have always wanted to Kayak across the bay and make it to the other end of the bay. I accomplished that today by placing this cache. The cache name references what happened to me while assisting Waterspyder recover some of his caches. As I was pulling the cache from it's location, a field mouse started to run from the location. The mouse was a long way from home!
The cache is a lock in lock container camoed to match it's surroundings. This area looks as though it can use some CITO from time to time. I took some junk with me as I kayaked back.
You don't need to paddle to this cache but since I placed it by Kayak you are on your own if you travel by foot. Feel free to note parking coordinates and I will update the listing to include that information.
