A fairly easy uphill walk of just over 1km. Satellite reception at GZ is not good so you may have to use the hint. This area was named because of the many wombats around here which the europeans likened to badgers. The name stuck and now it is a lovely scenic area with quite a few good walks. There are good BBQ and picnic facilities so it would make a great spot to stop for a break. I hope you enjoy your visit.
