Geocache Description:

This cache is on land managed by the Forestry Commission so please check out the New Forest Guidelines and stick to the rules so that we can continue to cache within the borders of the National Park. Flat terrain but several styles and thick grass etc to negotiate, plus tree cover may affect reception.

This is part of the Solent Way Series placed by Nobby.nobbs and Kitty Hawk and though intended to be done separately they can be done as part of a longer trek. The area is very beautiful with woodlands and further on towards Sowley House a large lake run as a private fishery.

It is possible to park at 50º 45.817 North, 000º 28.799 West, although this is a gateway on a narrow road so be careful not to block the road or access to the forest track.

The cache is a small Tupperware™ container.
