Geocache Description:

This cache is placed along the Conestoga Trail on State Game Lands No. 288. The trail is level and is adjacent to scenic Pequea Creek. The difficulty rating is for the last leg of your journey.

There are three ways to get to the cache. In the summer months, you may tube down the Pequea Creek and exit when you near the rapids that are referred to as the "Wash Tub" or "Suzy's Hole". The rapids are quiet dangerous to tube through, so it is highly recommended that you exit the creek and re-enter below the rough part. The other two ways to access the cache are via the Conestoga Trail. I parked next to the covered bridge located downstream. The upstream entrance is located next to the old Martic Forge, an bar/tavern that recently burnt down. The cache is stocked with a book, DVD, CD and some other stuff I had laying around.
