Geocache Description:

Located in a road side picnic area on I-37 just south of San Antonio. A park and grab.

Picnic areas are used by the state of Texas as rest areas except there are no 'facilities' as it where.
Saves on having to provide water and sewage facilities.
This particular area is very beautiful with many large old oak trees.
This is very easy both in difficulty and terrain, but probably a little difficult for a wheel chair.
I placed a pencil in the cache, but they have a tendency to 'get gone' so you probably should bring you own.
Please watch for muggles as this cache is in the open.
