The cache is intended to be easy to find, yet hidden from non-geocahers. Most cars can drive within 100 feet of the cache. The cache can be retrieve with out a strenuous workout. (Unlike my Haystack Aruba cache)
The area where this cache is hidden is on the plains of Aruba. These plains are a good place to practice kite buggies (nearly flat with a steady wind). See photos
