This little enclave is used as a fishing site
for many of the kids in the area. It is also a popular dog walking
area. The cache is far enough out of the way that you should able
to get to it with minimal stealth. There is a wonderful view, once
you get to the marker. This is surrounded by private land, so watch
for boundaries.
The first benchmark is a 3" survey marker with
the marking "CM N". The cache is located as far along a heading of

Magnetic as you can reasonably follow from the marker.
The marker will not be visible in winter as it
will most likely be under the snow. You can use the spoiler to find
the final cache, with minimal search time.
