A single offset multicache...
The North Side of Canberra doesn’t have a lot of hills (compared to the South Side!). The highest hill on the South Side already has a cache on it, so I decided to plant a cache on the highest "North Side" hill! At 920m, it’s less than half the height of Mt Bimberi, but the views are very nice nonetheless.
Near the above coordinates you will find a special marker containing 12 letters. To determine the final location, using A=1, B=2 etc, use the values of letters 8-10 as the new fraction of the South coordinate. Now add all the letter values, and multiply by 7 to give you the new fraction of the east coordinate. (The degrees and whole minutes remain as above). (If the final location is more than 1km away, do your maths again!) – Happy hunting!
As per normal – please don’t post any hints as to the cache’s location!
And please BYO pen.
