A cache to mark the 14 locks canal complex, Rogerstone.
This is a failry unique system of locks and ponds, which is currently undergoing restoration (it has a long way to go though!!) More infomation on 14 Locks is available at www.mon-brec-canal-trust.org.uk
The reference given is the location of a lovely information plaque (which, unfortunately has recently been pinched!) next to a car park (which is closed at dusk) The original cache involved solving several clues from the infomation plaque to locate the cache .... but not having the plaque makes that a little tricky!)
The cache is at N51 35.476 W003 02.304
Cache is in a small plastic box wrapped in a black plastic bag, and contains a BMW, a penguin, a compass, air freshener, and lots more odds and ends!!
