Cache or Cut Bait Traditional Cache
rivercity: Checked on the cache tonight, and it is gone. Looks like some recent maintenance in the area, and the cache fell victim to the spring cleaning.

Drive-up cache near a marina in the town of Freeport.
If you're lucky, you may find the parking spot right in front of the cache. The lot can be busy at times with boat owners using the marina facilities or diners from the Freeport Bar & Grill. The Freeport Bridge is a short walk away, and several bait and tackle shops serve the fishing community.
The micro cache is a waterproof match container, a little longer than a film canister. It's not visible but should be easily found.
There are several nearby caches including Ron Streeter's "Spike and Ivy...Walk on the Wild Side." Remember, Ivy is your friend.
There are scenic views of the Sacramento River and Freeport Marina from the levee, BUT there's no need to search for the cache up there.
