Geocache Description:

Longfeng waterfall is located in Chungliao Township of Nantou County. it contains Long waterfall and Feng waterfall this cache will show they to you. the beautiful scenery will draw your attention and It's the right place to go hiking for the whole family.

Many big and odd rocks are scattered here. you can see this one in here (N23° 56.519 E120° 48.988) it is similar to the human face.

If you driving you can park here (N23° 56.394 E120° 48.690) this one is free. also have other one in next but need charge. begin to enter the Longfeng waterfall from here (N23° 56.399 E120° 48.720). follow the path next to the river and walk toward upper part for about 600 meters.

This cache contains two place and distance of straight is about 150 metres. you must reach feng waterfall and find out the first cache. you will find the coordinate of the final cache and hint in the first cache.

In order to help you reach waterfall I give you a file of track you can open it by mapsource of GARMIN this track will show you how to reach the parking area of Longfeng waterfall from urban area. Download

There are seven kinds of hornets in Taiwan the hornet is a kind of poisonous insect, Usually you will find it in the mountain area and specially in autumn. Once have hornets activity in the Longfeng waterfall area, the honeycomb is found and removed on August 30 2006. I especially want to remind you to pay attention to this kind of insect when you try to seeking this cache.
