Geocache Description:

There are a few popular sliding spots around the Halifax peninsula. This series of caches will show you where they are. All of the caches are film cannister micros to help hide them from sliding muggles.

When university students in Halifax want to go sliding, there are 4 places that generally pop to mind: Citadel Hill, The Pit, Gorsebrook Hill, and The Motherhouse.

The Pit is my favourite spot for sliding. It's hard to find a hill this steep that isn't dangerous. :)

The cache is a nano on a clothes, so bring your own pen to sign the log. While this cache is meant to introduce you to a popular sliding hill, the cache will stay active all year round.

There was also a little something in the original cache for the FTF.
