Park on the (upper) side of the road and go to the two metal fence posts. Go down hill between the two Falls. The smaller Falls is on left (nearest road) and the larger Toole Creek Falls is on the right. This is private property. The owners have been so kind as to give us permission for a little geocaching in this wonderful area. We have promised to do CITO whenever we can so everyone please help and bring a CITO bag when possible.
This is an ecologically sensitive area so please be careful with the surrounding fauna. There are faint paths that you can follow so there is no need for bushwhacking and/or dangerous rock climbing. During wet weather, the paths can be a little slick especially when going down hill. From the road, there is no need to climb down the steep bank. Look for the fence posts and go from there.
This is definitely a bring your camera cache. Walk down to the bottom and enjoy both falls. Toole Creek is the big one.
You are looking for a camo painted ammo box that is full of goodies. Please place the cache back as you found it. Good luck.
P.S. Black bears have been seen in the area.
