Bug Acceleration
Zone
It’s not a pretty spot.
It’s not an interesting spot.
But it should be a great spot for a Travel Bug Motel.
Mount Laurel gets more than its fair share of travelers. They
pass through on I-295, the NJ Turnpike, and Route 73. They stay in
the 20 or so motels located near the Route 73 exits for both of the
highways. They come here to work and shop, and make pit stops to
buy gas and eat. A lot of them probably aren't from around here.
Add it all up and you get a fine place to move along those TBs
you've been holding on to, or find new ones to take with you. [Rod

The Cache:
The cache is an ammo can hidden at a surprisingly secluded spot.
Use stealth when entering the area where the cache is hidden; once
you're in, you shouldn't attract any attention. During the growing
season it can be a weedy bushwhack to the cache, complete with
poison ivy and wild raspberries, but the cache site is clean. Be
careful if you're in shorts, or all dressed up, or if it's wet
out.
The Rules:
For bugs that have a specific
mission: You don't have to put a bug in to take one of
these out, BUT please take this type of bug if and only if
you can help it achieve its goal. It’s OK to take more than one, as
long as you can help them all.
For bugs that have no mission or just want
to go anywhere: Please trade this type of bug one for
one. If you don’t have any bugs like this to trade, then please
take only one.
As long as you follow these two rules, don’t worry about taking
the last bug in the cache. It’s OK for the cache to be empty
sometimes.
Other Stuff:
- Signature items are most welcome! Please use the marked
baggie.
- As a courtesy to other cachers, please log bugs in and out on
gc.com as soon as possible.
- Please log your first visit as a find, and subsequent visits as
notes.
- If you take a bug that's not logged in (on gc.com) to the
cache, please don't grab it from the other cacher's inventory -
give the cacher who put it there the chance to log the bug in and
take credit for the move. That cacher may be on vacation without
internet access, and will most probably log it in when they get
home.
Directions:
If you're exiting Route 295 or the NJ Turnpike, take Route 73
south. Make a U-turn at Howard Boulevard (don't worry, it's legal
there), then go north on Route 73 a bit and turn right into the
parking lot.
