Geocache Description:

A bit of history with this one. Have a look at the plaque on the wall.

This one is in the middle of a military training area but the public have full access (no danger as no live ammo used here). Plenty of parking within 1 mile (at 51.09.728N 000.43.645W). Paths can be a bit sandy but apart from that the going is pretty easy. Great area for a dog walk! To find the micro stand facing the plaque, walk round to the right of the wall about 2ft from the corner. When you have found the cache, with your back to the cache walk straight up the hill through the woods, you will come out on a ridge with great views over what was once a military drop zone. In fact if you look hard enough you will probably see a soldier or twenty.
