One of the trees on this little hill is obviously fake.
This is a locationless cache target.
Sometimes a locationless
cache find is so good that it needs to be logged more than
once. This happens despite the fact that there is a tool to assist
you when logging/maintaining a locationless cache. You can find out
if your prospective locationless cache has been claimed
here.
At some stage there were three folks claiming this particular
tree. Partly because my coordinates were off a bit.
Further examples of this custom can be found in the list,
despite the fact that the rules for the cache state only find per
tree.
You decide if you want to claim it as well.
Oh, the cache - a micro, no need to bend over.
EDIT 01/09/05: OK, this cache is not really within the city limits
of Santa Clara. Mea Culpa. EDIT 01/15/05: I renamed it and put up a
new SC10 within the city limits.
