I just recently learned that this cache area has a name, and was rated as one of the "most romantic spots for kissing" in Seattle and got a full page spread in Sunset Magazine! (They did not mention the cache Google "the Comstock Grand Dame" and you can learn more about this unique area

This cache is up and running again. I can't believe they demolished what looked like a perfectly good classic Queen Anne home! Oh yes, please cover well as we are getting into bum-muggle season and they seem to like to come here. Oh, and take a little Ram, too!

Before anything else I must apologize in advance to you “purists” out there. I mistakenly archived this cache rather than temporarily disabled it, so even though it appears as a new cache, technically it is not.

The Lucky Little Rams are back in 2005! This cache was plundered last fall (evidence points to cheep beer drinking muggle types). I am happy to announce it is back! The cache is now a small camo covered Rubbermaid container. Original contents include a theme of things RAM!

The idea behind this “cardio cache” experience is to get some exercise while enjoying the spectacular views and lovely homes on Queen Anne Hill.
This cache can be approached from both the north and south ends of the hill. If approaching from the north, parking is available around Seattle Pacific University. The cache is located about 1.25 miles from the College.
If approaching via the south end, park among the many shops and restaurants on lower Queen Anne, which are located on Queen Anne Ave. North or 1st Ave. The cache is about ½ mile from this area. Pay parking is available on the main streets (it should take you no more than one hour to reach, find and return from the cache from this vantage point). Free parking can be found on the smaller side streets.
Be sure when returning from the cache to explore the side streets and take another route to experience the most of this great neighborhood!

NOTE: You don't need to leave the path to find this cache! But long arms put you at an advantage!
Also, please let me know in your log entries if you find the contents are wet. That way I will know when to do some cleanup when required!
