Dohlenstein
Der Dohlenstein ist ein Kalkfelsen, von dem schon mehrmals Felsmassen ins Tal stürzten und den Lauf der Saale veränderten. Der letzte fand 1881 statt. Im Gebiet dieser Felsstürze findest du den Cache.
Aber sei vorsichtig. Der Weg ist steil und rutschig. Bei Schnee und Eis solltest du es nicht versuchen!
Kommst du mit dem Auto, kannst du es bei N 50°48,110 O 11°35,653' abstellen und dem Weg bis N 50°48,363 O 11°35,788' folgen. Mit dem Rad erreichst du diese Stelle wenn du dem Saaleradweg folgst.
The "Dohlenstein" is a lime rock, from which several times rock masses fell into the valley and changed the run of the river Saale. The latest rockslide was in 1881. You will find the Cache in the area of these rockslides.
But be careful. The way is steep and slippery. With snow and ice you should not try it!
If you come with the car, you can park it at N 50°48,110 E 11°35,653 ' and then follow the way to N 50°48,363 E 11°35,788 '. You can reach this place also by bicycle if you follow the "Saale cycle track".
