This cache is one in a series of caches representing objects in
the Solar System in a scale of 1:100,000,000. That means that 1000
km in nature are shown as 1 cm in the model. The planet Pluto would
be a sphere of 2.3 cm diameter with his moon Charon as a spere of
1.2 cm diameter at a distance of 19.4 cm . On the cachebox I have
made a drawing showing the Pluto/Charon-system at this scale.
The coordinates of this cache represents the position of Pluto on
March 7, 2005.
The Sun is represented by the telecommunication tower on top of
the Feldberg.

Dieser Cache gehört zu einer Serie von weiteren Caches, die
Objekte des Sonnensystems in einem Maßstab von 1:100.000.000
darstellen sollen. Das bedeutet, dass 1000 km in der Natur als 1 cm
im Modell erscheinen. Der Planet Pluto wäre dann eine Kugel von 2,3
cm Durchmesser und sein Mond Charon eine Kugel von 1,2 cm in 19,4
cm Entfernung. Auf dem Deckel der Cachebox befindet sich eine
Zeichnung des Pluto/Charon-Systems in dem Modell Maßstab.
Die Koordinaten dieses Caches entsprechen der Position von Pluto am
07.03.2005.
Die Sonne wird durch den Fernmeldeturm auf dem Feldberg
dargestellt.
