trail to martin lake fairly well marked but follow the marking tape and you wont lose the trail .drive to vee lake and park their, coordinates at the parking lot are 623266n /1142224w its about an half hour to 45 min walk in
the cache is is on top of the hill facing the city of yellowknife and if you go to the back end of the hill its easier to climb and the cache is about a third towards the back end of the hill. not much cover there so its hidden in a crevice and covered with some loose rock. i used a restaurant size ketchup container so its bright red if that helps good luck
Since placing this cache I have moved away and am relying on geo folks to upkeep it
