Black rubbermaid container located near the new water tower in Grove City and Verizon cell tower.
You can park on the driveway to the water tower just before the gate. Take the path to the right of the driveway and follow the wood line along the college fields. May be found in the winter months.
**Please do not remove the container from its hiding spot!**
