Geocache Description:

So just how cold (or warm) was it when you went caching in the Yukon? This cache, hidden near Scout Lake, requires you to log the temperature on the day you found it.

The cache is located within 2km of Scout Lake which is drivable by car in the summer, and normally year-round with a 4x4. Walking, mountain bike, ski, quad, dog team or snowmobile are all possibilities for getting there. This cache is accessible year-round but may be hard to find if there is a lot of snow.

If you're like me, you want to try to find your own way in there. For those who want it, check the hint for details on the route.

The container is an ammo can with a couple of thermometers glued inside the lid. Please include in your logs the temperature you recorded and a general description of the weather that day. People who find the cache at -10 C or below get extra credit!

Coldest so far: -1 C recorded February 11 by Bonnie and Clyde YT.
Warmest so far: +24 C recorded June 30 by erscrash.
