Der Cache stellt eine Art Bonus oder Anreiz dar, den Düsterwald - GCH0JM etwas öfter zu besuchen. Der Weg bis in die Cacheregion ist mittlerweile gut beschildert. Der Empfang auf dem Weg zum Cache wird vermutlich eher bescheiden sein. Beim Cache selber hatte ich nach einiger Zeit mehrere Satelliten und eine Genauigkeit von 6 m. Es kann dort recht rutschig sein (Laub, Löß), gute Schuhe sind ratsam. Kinderwägen kann man bis in eine Entfernung von rund 50 m vom Cache durchaus mitnehmen. Bis zum Cache selber allerdings nicht. Für den Cache ist keine Spezialausrüstung notwendig. Falls man die Umgebung erkunden will, sollte man Kleidung-die-schmutzig-werden-darf, Handschuhe und Lampe mitbringen, eventuell auch einen Helm (Löß ist aber weniger hart als Gestein). Welchem Zweck diese Objekte wirklich dienten, ist nicht eindeutig bewiesen. Bei der Erforschung bitte vorsichtig sein. Die Gebilde sind nicht so wahnsinnig stabil.
Parken kann man entweder bei N 48° 25.032', E 16 ° 20.218' oder auch beim Goldenen Bründl. Selbiges hat kulinarisch aufgerüstet (Essen ist vorzüglich), zeichnet sich aber durch eine etwas undurchschaubare Preisgestaltung aus. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Gegend praktisch nicht zu erreichen.
Der Cache ist ein ehemaliges Pulverkaffee-Glas (0,5 Liter) und befindet sich in einem recht offensichtlichen Versteck. Beim Bergen bitte nicht mit der Holzhammermethode arbeiten, die Tarnung lässt sich entfernen, ohne sie zu zerstören. In der Nähe des Caches bitte aufpassen und das unnatürliche Holzgebilde meiden, darunter ist eine eingestürzte Höhle.
Es bestehen gewisse Chancen, in diesem Wald auf Drachen, Trolle oder einfach nur auf Leute mit Schwertern zu treffen. Nicht erschrecken, die sind harmlos. Die Gegend ist bei der lokalen LARP-Szene sehr beliebt.

This cache is some sort of bonus or temptation to visit the Düsterwald - GCH0JM more frequently. accessible by bike and by foot. The path to the cacheregion is well marked (that was not always the case). GPS-reception on the way to the cache will not be good, at the cache itself I got an accuracy of 6 m after a while (that means:
The cache is at a place where the reception is likely to be better than nearby). The terrain is not difficult, but it can be very slippery there (leaves, clay). Bring good shoes. It is possible to bring strollers near the cache (about 50 m), but not to the cache itself.
For the cache itself no special equipment is needed. If you want to explore the surroundings bring clothes-that-may-get-dirty, gloves and a flashlight (eventually a helmet, but the clay is softer than rocks). The original purpose of these objects is not yet proofed. Please be careful when entering, some of them are already crumbling.
You can leave your car at N 48° 25.032', E 16 ° 20.218' or at the restaurant (Goldenes Bründl). The food there is very tasty but how they calculate what you have to pay remains a mystery to me. The area cannot be reache by public transport.
The cache is a glass (0,5 l) and is hidden in a very obvious spot. The camouflage can be removed without destroying it. Take care and leave alone the unnatural wooden construction nearby: there is a collapsed cave underneath.
There is a good chance to encounter dragons, trolls or just some people wielding swords. Don't be worried, they are harmless. The area is quite popular among the local LARP-scene.
