His & Hers Cache Multi-cache

This cache has been archived.

yodadog and corvus 2: Went to check on this cache on the way back from Fishladder, and although the micros were in place, the cache has gone MIA to parts unknown. We will miss this cache for sure as it was really fun while it lasted! It is apparent, however, that the final location probably obstructs a nice winter home for an animal that does not want it there, and when on the ground it is just too tempting for a camping adventurer not to investigate.

Thanks to all of the cachers that made this a particularly memorable cache! Team Yodadog

Geocache Description:

Note: Due to the great response of this cache by all who visited it during the Hammonasset Beach Event, Yoda has decided to reposition the info micros in an area that should be accessible year round (i.e., they are not in the bathrooms!). Thanks to all who attempted this cache during the event and good luck to those who follow.

“When you got to go – you got to go,” so why not hunt for a micro at the same time! The posted coordinates will bring you outside a building located at the Mohawk section of the campground. You will notice that one side of the building is “His” side, and the other is “Her” side. Hidden in each side are identical micros with numbers written on them. These numbers will replace the last 3 digits of the posted coordinates (N 41.16.XXX W 072.33.XXX). “His” micro and “Her” micro will both lead to the same spot. Once there, you will be searching for a medium-sized container with two halves. One half is (you guessed it!) “His,” -- the other half is “Hers!” There is a logbook in each half -- sign only the one pertaining to you. If you sign both, yodadog will assume you are a bit confused about your identity.

There are small His and Hers trinkets to trade. Swap only small items since space is limited.

For added fun, team up with a partner of the opposite sex and start at the same time to see who finds the final stage first.

This cache is very kid and family friendly (should be snow-friendly too), and you will keep your shoes clean and dry finding the final stage.

Note: There is no need to embarrass anyone while hunting for stage one.
